Annie Foisy

Annie is a native North Dakotan that recently moved to Utah, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University. While working towards her degree, Annie played collegiate lacrosse and started competing in bodybuilding. She plans to continue her personal growth by pursuing a Master's Degree in Dietetics.

Since finding her passion for sport and rehabilitation, Annie obtained experience in physical therapy which propelled her into mobility and personal training. During her tenure in each of these positions, she acquired an unparalleled enthusiasm for the betterment of people's lives and their return to activity/sport. Annie offers a wide array of skills and strives to connect her passion for rehabilitation with her love for the community.  

In her spare time, you can find Annie on the pickleball court, in the mountains somewhere, watching Lord of the Rings, or spending time with family and cat, Oliver!
