"I'm so thankful"
Eight DRs, 3 physical therapists, a surgical fix to an FAI impingement- I'm at an age where I felt most the providers I met were "putting me out to pasture." Being a former college tennis player and mountain runner, that wasn't going to work for me. I needed a team of people that start with the vision of where I want to be, and beyond. I found the DR, had the repair - I needed a Therapist who understands me and sees where I want to be. I called around and spoke with Adam at Rogue. About 2 minutes into our conversation I knew I found it! Adam understood the process and talked about how he'd worked with my DR on other patients with the same surgery. Adam scheduled me with Linda. I cannot say enough about how awesome she is. To quote her from today's session, "the goal is to get Suzy to doing the things that make Suzy, 'Suzy'." She's taken the time to understand how my thought process works and has crafted methods to bring the best healing & rehabilitation for me. She helps me focus on possibilities, not fear and limits. We discuss the goals I have and create/evaluate plans/actions that I can get my head around. She's also working with me beyond hip recovery for longevity in my overall active lifestyle. She's fantastic at helping me understand where I am, focus on where I want to be and how we're going to get there. I'm confident she's helping me become the best version of 'Suzy' I can become. I'm so thankful.

"Couldn't Recommend Enough"
Linda is fantastic & that extends to the entire staff as well. I wouldn't have been able to recover from my injury nearly as effective or as quick without them. 5-star review doesn't do them enough justice.

"Amazing Experience"
Went in for a bad high ankle sprain and Linda and the rest of the staff were amazing and helped me to get it back to 100% in no time at all by custom making a recovery program based off my injury and sport. Amazing experience and can’t wait for my next injury so they can help me again.

"Adam is wonderful"
“Adam was wonderful! I have had PT in the past, but never from this perspective. He is very knowledgeable and equally good at explaining body mechanics and showing you what’s actually going on. I learned so much from my initial visit with him and I feel well equipped to make changes moving forward to become a stronger and more balanced climber and person!”

"If I could give 10 stars I would"
“If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been working with Adam for 2 months and have had fantastic progress for long standing hip and shoulder issues that other PTs have failed to address properly. Incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and caring. Don't hesitate, this is the place to go”

"Adam is the best!"
“Adam is the best! He has helped me with two different injuries- one very odd one with my right hand and a partial rotator cuff tear. He’s so patient when he listens to you talk about the your concerns, and then diligently walks you through his diagnostic process. I always leave with so much information!
He was spot on with his return to sport assessment. I felt very personally cared for by the sequence/progression of exercises I was given. It’s very comforting to know he’s nearby if I have another injury come up again.”

"I love Rogue Rehab!"
“I love Rogue Rehab! So convenient to be at my gym. Affordable, because we're all doing selfcare/healthcare on a budget aren't we? Very skilled, compassionate, and holistic experts. My experiences with Adam and Leslie have gotten me from a low mobility situation back to my normal routine and they have more expertise to give me in order to make sure that I don't end up with another injury or mobility-limiting situation. The acute relief of my pain was fast when I needed it, but we're not stopping there with a band-aid. They are making sure that I am taking care of myself holistically moving forward so that my mobility improves and pain decreases by treating the root causes and instilling better habits. Basically teaching me how not to break myself again, which is what most climbers/mtbers/runners need in their lives!”

"I ran 4 miles without any pain!"
“I had a IT band issue and Adam diagnosed me where I had a significantly weaker left leg. After following his recommendation to strengthen my left leg, the pain went away and I ran 4 miles without any pain! Amazing!”

"You won't find a better provider of high level care no matter what your issue is"
“I've seen Adam twice now about two separate, ongoing issues that had become major hindrances to my training and daily activity. He's incredible at taking the time to evaluate not just the injury but also to get a holistic picture of how your body moves, your activity level, and anything else that's relevant to getting you feeling better. You won't find a better provider of high level care no matter what your issue is. I always walk out feeling better, more knowledgeable, and like I know what to do outside of my time in his office to continue to improve. I highly recommend him for any ache or pain you may be having.”

"Adam is truly an exceptional PT"
“Adam is truly an exceptional PT. I came to him with a torn labrum in my hip that had completely derailed my running ambitions. He worked with me over 3 months, which led me to cancel what I thought was an inevitable surgery. I am now back and running.
Outside of his office he was easily available for questions and extremely easy to schedule PT visits with. I am quite impressed with his knowledge base and always learned something about biomechanics or kinesiology during the visit.
Definitely recommend to anyone having a complicated chronic athletic injury.”

"Adam is an exceptional physical therapist"
“Adam is an exceptional physical therapist. Before we met, he went above and beyond to ensure my insurance would be accepted. I really appreciated his research, as I've been surprised by medical bills in the past.
In our first few meetings, he applied sport-specific knowledge to my athletic background (baseball, weightlifting) to correct imbalances that contributed to my pain. The prescribed exercises were simple and targeted. Adam used dry needling as a way to relieve tension in some of the affected areas— he was incredibly careful and precise. He was honest and up-front about every method he applied, providing the evidence and limitations to treatment.
Through evaluation, treatment, and measurement of results, my range of motion was noticeably improved in the problem area (shoulder) and I'm now experiencing almost no pain after several weeks. I've been able to train, compete, and sleep pain-free with his help.
Adam is a thoughtful listener and works to understand ailments, as any provider should. He understands the motivations of an athlete and will prescribe ways to continue training rather than quitting/stopping a sport. I would highly recommend Adam to any athlete seeking to improve their quality of movement or relieve pain, especially those training/competing in baseball, weightlifting, climbing, snowboarding, or crossfit.”

"He was passionate about his work and my recovery."
“I went to see Adam after I completed a marathon. In my attempt to take it easy my “back went out” or so I thought. When I went to see Adam we discussed my training and what activity I was doing, once I gave Adam the lay of the land he went to work. He was passionate about his work and my recovery. After trying different things he provided me with his diagnosis. He then offered to do dry needling… I’m happy to report that as of today I’m back to training for my next race. Disclaimer- while I felt much better after seeing Adam. I still had to follow his advice and strengthen parts of my body. It’s been a couple weeks since our visit and I’m on the right path now. I’m sure my body would have recovered on it’s own, but seeing a PT as passionate and knowledgeable as Adam for sure helped in my recovery.”
